Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Chesterfield, MO seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic services, including spine, pain management, and post-operative recovery. You will support orthopedic, physiatry, and pain management physicians with manual therapy where appropriate.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth transitions and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy with a valid license.
• Experience not mandatory; background in manual therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on discharge goals and function.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate tasks to assistants and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels for interventions.
