Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient pediatric services with a focus on developmental and orthopedic cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
• Valid Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience: no prior experience required; Master’s Degree in PT preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and education.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Delegate interventions appropriately, ensuring staff competency.
• Complete all required documentation in line with departmental policies.
