Live Well Homecare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled outpatient services with an emphasis on orthopedic cases, including spine, pain management, and post-operative recovery. The role supports orthopedic, physiatry, and pain management physicians through manual therapy where applicable.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams while ensuring proper documentation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and valid license.
• Background in manual therapy a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
