Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care.
• Perform direct patient care including evaluation of physical problems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with QA policies and applicable regulations.
• Educate patients on therapy programs and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development and center meetings.
