Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center and to align with the Injury Process Management model.

You will contribute to a comprehensive occupational medicine program, participate in professional development, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Concentra Core Competencies and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems using logic and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate care with other departments and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
