Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services to patients within the center and align with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine philosophy.

You will participate in evaluation, planning, and execution of PT treatment programs, while ensuring high-quality patient care and proper documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, with a Master's preferred, and experience in orthopedics/outpatient settings is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

• Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic and analysis.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism.
• HIPAA/PHI handling in accordance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological issues.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Maintain QA policy compliance and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with staff and patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Plan, implement and adjust PT treatment programs.
• Educate patients on proper care and exercises.
• Secure prescriptions and work with physicians for comprehensive care.
• Assist with department tours, maintain center assets, and participate in development.
