Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in northern Illinois seeks a licensed physical therapist for a 100% FTE role at the UW Health 9th St. Clinic. Work hours are 6:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with one weekend day every 4 weeks, a flex day, and one assigned holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Participates in educational programs and complete mandatory CEUs.
• Current license from the State of Illinois and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required

Work Experience

• No minimum experience required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois per department policy. An applicant for employment as a physical therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a physical therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
