STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Arkansas to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care per clinic protocols. The role includes supervising staff, contributing to program development, and engaging in community outreach under the Clinic Director's guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations of physical status, ROM, strength, posture, ambulation, balance and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, family, and staff.
• Supervise PT Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, athletic trainers, and students.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in evaluations.
• Contribute to program development and partake in educational activities for growth.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
• Adhere to state practice acts and APTA code of ethics.
• Must have degree from accredited institution and be licensed in Arkansas.
