Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee PT license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess status, ROM, strength, posture, balance, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, exercise professionals, and students where applicable.
• Ensure treatments are delivered as outlined in the evaluation and plan of care.
• Contribute to program development and participate in ongoing education and outreach events.
