Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services following standards of practice and departmental procedures.
• Document and bill therapy services per CMS expectations.
• Evaluate residents and develop short- and long-term treatment plans.
• Communicate results and recommendations to residents and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete compliant, medically necessary documentation in NetHealth EMR.
