You will deliver personalized therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to program development.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, use of advanced therapies, and ongoing professional development through residency and mentorship programs.

Qualifikationen

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for EMR/documentation.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on PT advancements and integrate them into practice.
