Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move
• Develop individualized treatment plan
• Coach patient and teach therapeutic massage to ease pain and promote healing
• Maintain patient records and track goals
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and refer as needed
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements
• Document all regulatory and clinical information in EHR
• Participate in trainings and conferences
• Able to supervise assistants and students
• Adherence to policies and code of conduct
• Maintain active State Licensure
