• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observing patients as they move.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic massage techniques to ease pain and promote healing.
• Maintain patient records and track goals in the clinical record.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments per regulatory requirements.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Document all information in the electronic documentation system per policy.
• Participate in trainings, in-services and conferences.
• Able to supervise PT assistants, rehabilitation aides and/or students.
• Adhere to policy, procedures and code of conduct.
