Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver in-facility therapy across our rehabilitation network.

You will work with a collaborative team to promote independence, teach patients and caregivers, and continuously grow through our mentorship program, free CEUs, and visa sponsorship options for qualified candidates. Join a growing, patient-centered culture recognized as a Great Place to Work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Address the whole patient and design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer patients as needed to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Education

PT license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as US PT equivalent
