Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in a PT-related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans including PT sessions.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress toward goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed to optimize care.
