Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a Physical Therapist for a local contract opportunity in Unity, New Hampshire. You will evaluate functional needs and mobility limitations, develop goals, deliver interventions and document progress within the scope of practice.

This on-site role offers a 40-hour workweek with a guaranteed schedule, benefits, and a standard W-2 arrangement through Domnovate Healthcare. Start timing and duration extend to January 24, 2027.

Qualifications

• New Hampshire Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility with licensure completed before practice.
• Accredited physical therapy education.
• Ability to evaluate, plan, deliver and document care within scope.
• Clear communication, organization and a patient-centered approach.
• Readiness to complete credential, screening, orientation and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs, identify movement and mobility limitations, and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needs change.
• Use knowledge of exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility to connect treatment with activities that matter to each person.
