Select Medical’s NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Elk River. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if you are a student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with patients, families and team.
• Complete required training and maintain regulatory compliance.

Location: 8540 Quadray Ave. NE Otsego MN 55330

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)

Compensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
