Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Elk River, MN seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., with 8-hour shifts, at our Otsego location. Starting compensation is $75,000–$90,000 annually, with experience-based adjustments and benefits through Select Medical.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Education

DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) or equivalent
