Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Blaine, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our Blaine location. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts and a base compensation starting at $75,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if currently a student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Location: 11855 Ulysses St NE Suite 20, Blaine, MN 55434

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)

Compensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience
