Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Northfield, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with no weekends, at an outpatient center with a mentorship-driven culture and growth opportunities.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $350 monthly student loan repayment benefit are offered, along with comprehensive benefits and internal mobility across 1900 centers.

Qualifications

• Requirement: degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required trainings.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Northfield, NJ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends!

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 a year annually, based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 sign on bonus, plus $350 per month directly towards your student loans for duration of your employment with us!

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 5 PTs, 2 OT/CHTs, plus front desk on staff. We see a diverse patient mix including orthopedics and vestibular/post-concussion. Experienced staff in place to provide mentorship and career development. New grads as well as experienced physical therapists welcome to apply.
