NovaCare Rehabilitation in Northfield, NJ, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, with a competitive base salary and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

A student loan benefit of $350/month is provided during employment to help with debt, along with mentorship and career development opportunities. We operate a multi-therapist outpatient center with orthopedic and vestibular services, offering growth across specialties and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school and current license or eligibility.
• New grads welcome to apply for outpatient orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 a year annually, based on your experience.

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 5 PTs, 2 OT/CHTs, plus front desk on staff. We see a diverse patient mix including orthopedics and vestibular/post-concussion. Experienced staff in place to provide mentorship and career development.
