Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Otsego, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services in Elk River. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

(8-hour shifts) with an annual base compensation starting at $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience. We provide mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, student debt relief, generous PTO and paid sick time, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) with employer matching, and opportunities for internal movement across 1900

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
