Job summary

Kid Clan Services seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IFSP outcomes, therapy in natural environments, family coaching, and NJEIS-compliant documentation. Join our team for meaningful work and supportive administration.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.

• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.

• Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).

• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child's development.

• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
