Job summary

Kid Clan Services is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver early intervention services to children and families across New Jersey. This per-diem/contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build your caseload based on availability.

Compensation is competitive, with reimbursement rates around $95/hour. You will work with an administrative team that handles scheduling and paperwork, enabling you to focus on meaningful family-centered therapy in homes,

Qualifications

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
