Job summary

Kid Clan Services is seeking a Flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our per-diem/contract team in New Jersey. You will conduct pediatric evaluations, develop IFSP outcomes, and deliver therapy in home, daycare, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting preferred.

This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
