Job summary

Kid Clan Services seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IFSP outcomes, therapy in natural environments, family coaching, and NJEIS-compliant documentation. Join our team for meaningful work and supportive administration.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop IFSP outcomes in collaboration with families and the team.
• Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support development.
• Complete required NJEIS documentation and compliance.
