Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops treatment plans with goals and activities.
• Provides direct physical therapy to patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Instructs patients on therapeutic procedures for home programs.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and required reports.
• Maintains compliance with department policies and quality assurance.
• Cares for patients across age groups from adolescent to older adults.
