Job summary

Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The role includes providing physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy across acute care units and outpatient programs, with involvement in multidisciplinary rounds.

You will work under physician supervision, evaluate and implement treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning and care conferences.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license is required.
• Documentation of eligibility for valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement plan of treatment under the supervision of the Physician.
• Ensure timely provision of Physical Therapy services and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend care plan, daily, weekly and discharge planning meetings and rounds.
