Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Gastonia, NC invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our PRN team. You will assess patients, create and adapt treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with other clinicians.

Consistent daytime PRN schedule of 10-15 hours per week across Peak Gastonia, Peak Shelby, and Peak Cherryville, with mentorship and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
