Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN daytime role in Roanoke, VA. You will work with a supportive team to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Applicants should hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy, possess a current Virginia license, and have NPTE in good standing. PRN schedule offers flexibility within the Roanoke locations.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
