Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Old Bridge, NJ location. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year with excellent benefits and opportunities to advance based on performance.

You will work within a collaborative conservative department, partnering with MDs and surgeons to deliver personalized rehab plans and meaningful patient outcomes. Join a dynamic team committed to Better Every Day.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and PT programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships, understand their goals.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness-oriented programs.
• Collaborate directly with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as a liaison between the rehab floor and medical/surgical teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers and/or family members on patient needs.
• Maintain professional knowledge and progress in treatment methods.
• Evaluate patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
