Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You’ll work within Reliant’s clinical framework, focusing on patient-centered care and outcomes while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, and coordinating discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
