Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist – Outpatient to join our team at 1465 County Rd 101. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; compensation starts at $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- Plymouth, MN

Location: 1465 County Rd 101, Plymouth, MN 55447

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)

Compensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
