Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Blaine, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient center as center manager. You will oversee the orthopedic therapy team and deliver exceptional patient care, while driving service quality and operational success.

The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy, at least 2 years of outpatient experience, and an active MN license. You’ll collaborate with physicians, payors, and staff to grow the program and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• 2 years outpatient PT experience.
• Valid State PT license required.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
• Provide preventative and rehab services maximizing function.
• Lead and manage center operations and physician relationships.
• Expand and develop PT/PTA staff.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (2 evenings required)

Compensation: starting at $80,000-$100,000 pending experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
