Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Blaine, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as an Outpatient Center Manager. This role oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and delivers preventative and rehab services to maximize patient function.

Responsibilities include building physician relations, expanding the center, and guiding a team of PTs and PTAs. Competitive benefits and sign-on incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.
• Outpatient physical therapy management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: 11855 Ulysses St NE Suite 20, Blaine, MN 55434

Schedule: Monday-Friday (2 evenings required)

Compensation:starting at $80,000-$100,000 pending experience

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
