Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Texas. You will perform patient care under the direction of a physical therapist and document treatments in the medical record.

We offer competitive pay starting at $33–$42 per hour for full‑time staff, plus a 401(k) match, comprehensive insurance, vacation, tuition reimbursement, and free CEU credits, along with a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Maintain an active license in the state of practice.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage professionally and positively with patients, families, and staff.
• Capable of performing all responsibilities of this role, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under direction of a physical therapist
• Document all treatments in the medical record
• Participate in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings
• Communicate patient progress, problems, and plans to supervising therapist, rehab director, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in facility in-service training programs
• Record daily treatments and labor in accordance with corporate procedures and state physical therapy rules
