Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a permanent, direct-hire position. The role involves delivering skilled PT services in a SNF/LTC setting with supervision by a licensed PT and a day-shift schedule.

This opportunity emphasizes integration within an interdisciplinary team, adherence to physician orders, and contributing to Centra’s commitment to high-quality patient care across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered/Licensed PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's PT plan under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/ PTA services per physician orders under supervision.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans as directed by a supervising PT.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses and support staff to achieve patient outcomes.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment! This is a direct hire / 'perm' position. Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
