Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Johnston, RI, is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a SNF/LTC on a contract basis. The role requires licensure and is set for day shifts.

You will provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under supervision, implement the treatment plan, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process of licensure as a PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's PT plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
