Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, direct-hire role in a SNF/LTC setting. The candidate may be an experienced PTA or a new graduate with a current state license or active licensure process, plus CPR certification.

The PTA will deliver skilled physical therapy under a Registered or Licensed PT and participate in interdisciplinary care to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!This is a direct hire / 'perm' position! Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
