Job summary

Qualifications

• As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in skilled settings.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license required.
• State and federal requirements must be met.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute/geriatric settings preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for physical therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, functional, and positioning challenges while developing individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients for physical therapy services.
