Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Columbus. You will work directly with patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and hospitalization, helping them rebuild strength, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of function.

This full-time position offers opportunities for hands-on patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing education, and career development within an organization with over 45

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
• Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance
• Support gait training, transfer training, fall prevention, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with supervising therapists
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and home exercise recommendations
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge preparation
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements
What You\'ll Do

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing
• Skilled nursing, geriatric, or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
