Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, OH. You will work directly with patients recovering from surgery, illness, and hospitalization to rebuild strength and mobility and achieve maximum function.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program completion
• Active Ohio PTA license in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatric, or post-acute rehab preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
• Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance
• Support gait training, transfers, fall prevention, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with supervising therapists
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and home exercise recommendations
• Collaborate with nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, physicians, and family members
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure timely, compliant documentation
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and rehab culture

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current Ohio PTA license in good standing

What You'll Do
