Liberty Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for inpatient rehabilitation on a PRN basis. The PTA will provide physical therapy services to patients, assist in implementing treatment plans, and monitor progress under supervision.

A Physical Therapist Assistantwho excels in this role:
Provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function.
Implement treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.
Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan.
Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.
Documents services provided and patient response/progress.

Applicants should have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Ohio. Additional requirements include:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
