FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in East Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team, working with supervising therapists to implement individualized plans that improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.

Key Responsibilities
