FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.
