Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a SNF/LTC on a contract basis in Mansfield, TX. The role requires delivering skilled PT services under supervision and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Requirements include an Accredited Associate degree and an active PTA license (or in process) plus CPR certification. This is a contract position with day shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively in the licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
