Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in the San Leandro area. You will provide skilled PT services under the supervision of a Registered/Licensed Physical Therapist and implement the plan of treatment.

This role requires collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and deliver high-quality care across SNF and LTC settings.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
