Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in Cincinnati.

The PTA will provide skilled PT services under physician orders and PT supervision, and will implement and modify treatment plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals. The position emphasizes accountability within the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional care across diverse settings in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or actively pursuing licensure.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
