Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. The PTA will provide skilled PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT and participate in developing patient care plans.

The position is contract-based with a days schedule and offers competitive pay, housing accommodations, and licensing/CEU reimbursement as part of Centra's benefits for travel

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PTA license or in licensure process.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract position.Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
