Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Sun City Center, FL. The PTA will provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist and implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements include an accredited Associate degree, current state PTA licensure or in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders under supervision of a licensed PT.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
